We will make every attempt to accommodate your request, but please understand that we are a small Guest House and cannot guarantee availability until the deposit has been paid and the reservation has been confirmed by return email from La Masia Casanova.
General Information:
- Check in Time: 2pm to 9pm, Check out Time: 9am to 12 Noon
- 30% of the total price is required in order to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment, due at check-in time, may be made in Cash or Visa/MasterCard.
Cancellation policy:
Before making your reservation, please read the following carefully. Once your booking has been made and confirmed by La Masía Casanova, it will be understood that you have fully accepted the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy as set out below.
- The 30% deposit required to confirm your booking is non-refundable.
- No refunds are made for early departures. Guests will be charged for the total number of nights reserved, without exception.
- Cancellations with no further charge than the 30% non-refundable deposit will only be accepted if we are given notice of not less than 30 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival.
- In the event that any cancellation is made in less than the 30 day period of notice referred to in point 3 above, La Masía Casanova is authorised and entitled to charge the full amount for the total number of nights reserved.
- All cancellations must be made either by email or by a direct, personal conversation with the management.
La Masia Casanova wishes to remind all guests that it strictly adheres to this Cancellation Policy and is unable to make any exceptions.
